The biological sample interpretation dataset includes 16 variables collected from 30 528 participants who provided a sample during the recruitment phases (2009/07/29-2011/03/01 and 2012/11/12-2015/02/11). It contains the variables necessary to interpret information related to biological samples. The current version is 2.2.
This dataset includes information on :
- Consumption of food or beverages, excluding pure water, in the 24 hours preceding the sample donation
- Use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco in the 24 hours preceding the sample donation
- Occurrence of a blood transfusion in the past 2 months
- Occurrence of chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment in the past 12 weeks
- Indicators of pregnancy
